(Simple or event-based marking)
Used with a wide range of colours, the
adhesive fits perfectly with simple shapes and is
suitable for all cut-outs. It is an ideal medium for
special or event-based marking.
Product finish:
Removable or indelible, short or long term.
Anti-UV, anti-graffiti, non-slip treatment.

Cutting
(Cutting of materials, engraving and rifling)
Cutting tables and engraving stations, computer-
assisted, used to personalise communication substrates by adapting shapes and grooves to suit the customer's needs.
Examples of substrates:
PVC (film and expanded), Plexiglas® (extruded and PMMA), Dibond® (sandwich panel), polypropylene, aluminium, wood, Trespa®, cardboard, etc.

Laser cutting
PVP has a laser that cuts steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. It is highly versatile. Its original design with a single movable mirror provides both the performance of a moving optical element and the reliability of a fixed system to produce either unit parts or large production runs.
It has a small footprint, and is equipped as standard with a network numerical control that operates all of the components. With a cutting size of 1550x2520mm and cutting size with repositioning of 1550x5040mm, and power of 2500W, it allows fast deployment with low operating costs, which makes it highly competitive, especially for subcontracting work.
This laser is a part of the locksmithing workshop, and allows PVP to offer a wide range of steel- and aluminium-based production techniques. The epoxy painting workshop, with its automatic processing capacity of 3000x2400x1000mm and manual capacity of 4000x3000x3000mm, concludes the manufacturing process with a high-quality finishing and protective coating.
