Bürkle 1600 mm UV coating machine
UV liquid coating is a new standard for the protection and improvement of printed visual aids. In small or large format, any type of visual aid printed on flexible or rigid substrates can benefit from a UV finish.
Many possible finishes
Our coating machines allow us to create a finish just as easily as with flatbed printing. We can work with most graphical print substrates. The varnish can hold on any substrate and with any type of ink, enabling the finishing of surfaces that currently remain sensitive to UV, abrasion, vandalism, etc. The varnish can also be used as a primer for printing or as a “spot” colour. Dynamic varnish technology provides the key parameters for a quality process. As a result, our UV coating machine can provide the finish on a wider variety of substrates than any other coating machine, and offers more options to adjust the thickness or appearance of the graphical finish.

All layers must be flattened.
Files must be in CMJN colorimetric mode. Pantone colours are accepted (in which case, please indicate the Pantone codes).
The fonts must be vectorised.
